The Benefits of Microdosing with Cannabis

There is so much confusion about how much cannabis one should take, there seems to be many variables at play when dosing cannabis. What one dose work for one, might not work for another. What is Microdosing?

Firstly for edibles you need to take in account that since it is eaten it will go through your digestive system first and can take roughly 2 hours for you to feel its full effects, as a result, many people take too much and the after effects may not be pleasant.

Vaping herb is very difficult to determine the right amount as well, your vape may hold a certain amount and it may be hard to gauge what that it is. Vape pens on the other hand are easier to detect the quantities since you can use liquid form.


So when you are considering microdosing it is probably best to start off with a tincture or oil so it is easier to measure the dosage and have control.

All in all you need to determine what works for you and how your body tolerates it, when you start off with a very small amount for a few days and work your way up, you can gauge the effectiveness of it.
