Brad Blommer is a shareholder at Green Light Law Group and is a litigation and real estate attorney with over 17 years’ experience. With significant experience in all areas of trial practice, real estate transactions and disputes, foreclosure law, and creditor’s rights, along with a detailed understanding of the current marijuana laws, Brad provides legal advice and counseling from a diverse perspective. Additionally, having founded and run a real estate investment company in Oregon, Brad has significant real-world business experience to better serve his clients.
Perry Salzhauer is a shareholder at Green Light Law Group and is a corporate and environmental attorney who brings over a decade of experience providing strategic and compliance guidance and legal advice to public and private entities. As an attorney, advisor, and manager, Perry specializes in streamlining operational, compliance, and management processes to create efficiencies which increase productivity and revenue. In addition to his experience and expertise in all aspects of marijuana-related matters, Perry’s years of experience providing guidance to clients with respect to business processes, SEC, and environmental compliance, makes him uniquely qualified in the emerging cannabis space where navigating compliance with new regulatory requirements, many of which remain to be implemented, looms large as a barrier to entry and ultimate success.
Prior to becoming a partner at B|C Consulting, Joseph Bailey had more than 10 years of experience working at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, and New Era CPAs. During this time Joe experienced many facets of taxation and business management, from international to individuals to entities, cannabis companies to Fortune 500 corporations, and everywhere in between. Joe has been directly assisting the cannabis industry since late 2015 and loves to work with his clients to bridge the knowledge gap between the old cannabis industry and the new influx of strict business practices that have become standard with legalization.
Ben Condon has been an active CPA in the state of Oregon since 2008. He has extensive business tax experience focusing on corporate and flow-through entities. Ben has a combined 9 years of Big 4 experience at Ernst & Young and Deloitte. He has served clients ranging from large multi-state, multinational Fortune 500 companies through small startups and almost every size in between. His clients have spanned various industries including commercial and residential real estate, manufacturing, private equity funds, hedge funds, biotech, and high-tech, and he has put his broad and unique skillset to work benefiting his clients within the cannabis industry.
